Who We Are

Staff

Family Bridge is currently comprised of a full time Executive Director, governed by a Board of Directors.

Annie has a Masters in Justice and Peace Studies from Iliff School of Theology, a Methodist Seminary in Denver.

Prior to joining Family Bridge, she was Director of the Goose Hollow Family Shelter in Portland.

Annie moved to Oregon from Utah where she worked with churches to develop community outreach programs related to human rights, nonviolent social change, peacemaking and restorative justice.

She served on the Board of the Coalition of Religious Communities, was a member of the Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Interfaith Organizing Committee and a member of the Domestic Violence Coalition.

Annie has three daughters and three grandchildren. She believes that volunteers are the heart of what we do and that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference.

Family Bridge is part of the steering committee for HomePlate, a collaboration of several churches, youth service agencies, and community volunteers who serve homeless and runaway youths a free hot dinner on Thursdays.

 

Volunteers

Our volunteers are our lifeline and survival at Family Bridge. Nothing we do would be possible without the hundreds of individuals who graciously donate their time and services.
