Shelter If
you or someone you know is seeking shelter, the guidelines shown below were established
to determine eligibility into the Family Bridge program. All
potential participants must be able to provide proof of the following requirements
to apply. 1.
Participants seeking shelter must consist of a family, with children. 2.
The family must not be escaping a domestic violence situation. For
domestic violence situation assistance, please contact one of the below agencies:
3. No violence, abuse, or harassment is permitted. Please let us know
if you would like information and referral information about domestic
violence shelter programs. 4.
The program requires that every member of the family be clean and sober to
be considered for entry into the Family Bridge program. 5.
Every member of the family who is 13 years of age or older is required
to take and pass a urine analysis for detection of illegal substances. 6.
Every member of the family must take a TB test and provide proof of negative TB
results. If
you or someone you know is seeking shelter and can meet all of the above program
requirements, they may contact us at (503) 640-3263 and be placed on the Family
Bridge program waiting list, as well as two other family shelters also located
in Washington County.
