Grievance Procedure

You have the right to appeal any infraction or immediate termination notice that you may receive.

Grievance Process

To appeal an infraction or termination notice, submit a dated and signed appeal to the Executive Director within 24 hours of receiving the infraction. The Executive Director will review the appeal within two working days and notify you of the decision. If you are appealing a termination notice, you must still leave the shelter while waiting for a decision.

If you are not satisfied with the Executive Director's decision, you may resubmit your appeal to the President Family Bridge's Board of Directors.

I understand the above listed rules and agree to follow them during my stay at Family Bridge. I understand that any violation of these results may result in an infraction and/or immediate termination.
